Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use Wavesave for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity, including but not limited to:

Uploading content that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights

Engaging in activities that disrupt the platform’s functionality or security

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any audio files uploaded but grant Wavesave a limited license to store and facilitate playback of your files.

Wavesave is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the platform’s uptime, data availability, or compatibility with your devices. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform without notice.

Your data is stored with a reputable third-party cloud provider, and we employ reasonable measures to ensure security. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling practices. By using Wavesave, you agree that your data may be stored outside of the European Union (EU) as part of our service infrastructure.

No Liability for Data Loss: Wavesave is not liable for any data loss, unauthorized access, or damages arising from the use of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your files.

No Warranty: Wavesave is provided without any express or implied warranties. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Maximum Liability: In the event of any legal claim, Wavesave’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid, if any, by you to Wavesave within the past twelve months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time; however, any remaining data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Wavesave reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
